Change the company name in a quotation PDF
Quotes change during a conversation. Update your own quotation PDF in place so it keeps your branding and layout, instead of retyping it. Rebrand a proposal, quote or letter for a new client or after a name change.
How to do it
- 1.Drop your PDF into MythosPDF and click the text you want to change.
- 2.Replace the company name in each place it appears.
- 3.Swap the logo too if needed, then Export PDF.
What people change in a quotation
- • Quote number and date
- • Line item descriptions
- • Quantities and unit prices
- • Subtotal, tax and total
- • Validity period and terms
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Names in headings keep the heading's size and weight.
- • Compare the result with the original to make sure no old name is left.
Add and remove line items
Insert a row above or below any item, or delete an item's row. Borders and spacing follow the rest of the table.
Numbers are not recalculated
A PDF is a printed page, not a spreadsheet. Update the totals yourself after changing quantities or prices.
