Change text alignment in a newsletter PDF
Newsletters are built in columns, and a late correction shouldn't break them. Fix the typo, update the date or swap the photo and the columns stay as designed. Align a paragraph left, centre, right or justify it.

What people change in a newsletter
- • Issue date and number
- • Article text corrections
- • Photo swaps
- • Event listings
- • Links to sign up pages
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Only the chosen text changes alignment.
- • Justified lines stretch word gaps evenly; the last line stays left.
Multi column text
Each column is edited on its own; a longer correction rewraps within its column.
Check before you send
Compare the corrected newsletter with the previous export to be sure only the intended text changed.
Questions people ask
+Does it affect the whole page?
No. Only the paragraph you are editing.
+Can I add an article?
Short additions fit with Shift+Enter; a full new article is better added in the design file.
