Change text alignment in a quotation PDF
Quotes change during a conversation. Update your own quotation PDF in place so it keeps your branding and layout, instead of retyping it. Align a paragraph left, centre, right or justify it.

What people change in a quotation
- • Quote number and date
- • Line item descriptions
- • Quantities and unit prices
- • Subtotal, tax and total
- • Validity period and terms
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Only the chosen text changes alignment.
- • Justified lines stretch word gaps evenly; the last line stays left.
Add and remove line items
Insert a row above or below any item, or delete an item's row. Borders and spacing follow the rest of the table.
Numbers are not recalculated
A PDF is a printed page, not a spreadsheet. Update the totals yourself after changing quantities or prices.
Questions people ask
