Remove an image in a newsletter PDF

Newsletters are built in columns, and a late correction shouldn't break them. Fix the typo, update the date or swap the photo and the columns stay as designed. Delete a picture, stamp graphic or old logo from a page.

What people change in a newsletter

  • • Issue date and number
  • • Article text corrections
  • • Photo swaps
  • • Event listings
  • • Links to sign up pages

What happens to the rest of the page

  • • The image is removed from the page, not covered.
  • • Everything else stays where it is.

Multi column text

Each column is edited on its own; a longer correction rewraps within its column.

Check before you send

Compare the corrected newsletter with the previous export to be sure only the intended text changed.

Questions people ask

+Is the image still in the file?

It is removed from the page you edited.
