Replace the logo in a newsletter PDF
Newsletters are built in columns, and a late correction shouldn't break them. Fix the typo, update the date or swap the photo and the columns stay as designed. Swap one logo for another on a letterhead, proposal or flyer.

What people change in a newsletter
- • Issue date and number
- • Article text corrections
- • Photo swaps
- • Event listings
- • Links to sign up pages
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Images can be moved, resized and removed.
- • Logos drawn as vector shapes, not images, cannot be selected as an image.
Multi column text
Each column is edited on its own; a longer correction rewraps within its column.
Check before you send
Compare the corrected newsletter with the previous export to be sure only the intended text changed.
Questions people ask
+Why can't I select my logo?
Some logos are drawn as shapes rather than images. Those cannot be swapped as a picture.
+Can I add an article?
Short additions fit with Shift+Enter; a full new article is better added in the design file.
