Underline text in a newsletter PDF
Newsletters are built in columns, and a late correction shouldn't break them. Fix the typo, update the date or swap the photo and the columns stay as designed. Underline words, or remove an underline, straight in the PDF.

What people change in a newsletter
- • Issue date and number
- • Article text corrections
- • Photo swaps
- • Event listings
- • Links to sign up pages
What happens to the rest of the page
- • The underline follows the text's colour and position.
- • Underlines move with their words when text reflows.
Multi column text
Each column is edited on its own; a longer correction rewraps within its column.
Check before you send
Compare the corrected newsletter with the previous export to be sure only the intended text changed.
