How to do it
- 1.Open the PDF exported from Xero in MythosPDF.
- 2.Click a cell in the row next to where you want the new one.
- 3.Choose Above or Below, fill in the cells, then Export PDF.
How Xero writes PDFs
- • Invoices and quotes are generated with embedded fonts.
- • Tables hold line items.
What that means when you add a table row
- • Line items edit in place and new rows copy the table's borders.
- • Xero tables keep their drawn borders; new or removed rows follow them.
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Borders, shading and dividers of the new row copy the table's own.
- • Rows below move down to make space; a full page continues on the next.

No. A PDF does not calculate. Update totals yourself.
+Is it better to edit in Xero?
If you have the original Xero file and a lot to change, yes. For quick changes to the PDF itself, editing the PDF is faster and keeps it exactly as sent.
