Change a name in a meeting minutes PDF
Minutes are circulated as PDFs and corrected before approval. Fix a name, a decision or an action item's owner without regenerating the document. Update a person's or organisation's name wherever it appears, in the same typeface as before.

What people change in a meeting minutes
- • Attendees and apologies
- • Decisions and wording
- • Action items, owners and due dates
- • Next meeting date
What happens to the rest of the page
- • A longer name pushes the words after it along the line; right aligned names grow to the left.
- • Names often contain letters the PDF has not used yet, like Z, Q or accented letters. The complete font is loaded for them.
